The 2022 growing season unfolded as a story of three defining chapters: a mild winter that led to early bud break, cooler spring rains, and a warm, idyllic summer. These conditions allowed us to harvest each vineyard at its peak, capturing the year’s vibrant energy and producing wines with remarkable concentration and complexity.

A Study in Cerise

Farming in Anderson Valley began in the 1850s, and the first grapevines soon followed. Our story here began in 2016. After having admired Cerise vineyard for many years from afar, we were fortunate to acquire and farm the vineyard ourselves.
