Single Vineyard Series
Garys’ Vineyard, Santa Lucia Highlands, Pinot Noir
Garys’ Vineyard is a partnership between Gary Franscioni and Gary Pisoni, two families with deep roots in the Santa Lucia Highlands. Having farmed the area for over 100 years, the families recognized the region’s potential for premium wine grapes and turned their focus to viticulture. In 1997, the Garys partnered on the Garys’ Vineyard, and from that moment, a star was born. Passionate about adventure, family, friends, grape growing, and wine, both Garys have infused their enthusiasm and energy into this vineyard, creating wines that are bold, unique, and full of character.
The first vintage from Garys’ Vineyard was produced in 2005, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the region’s winemaking history. Located in the heart of the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation in Monterey County, the vineyard lies in an ideal location for producing exceptional wines. The unique terroir and commitment to quality in viticulture have made Garys’ Vineyard a renowned source for top-tier wines.
The wines from Garys’ Vineyard are known for their distinctiveness, offering bold flavors and exceptional depth. This vineyard has become famous for producing wines that stand out in the competitive world of California Pinot Noir. The combination of the Garys’ vision, dedication, and the ideal growing conditions in the Santa Lucia Highlands has resulted in wines that showcase the richness and complexity of the region.
