2023 Treehouse Vineyard PINOT NOIR

Nestled amidst majestic redwoods and bordered by towering cypress trees, our 14-acre Treehouse Vineyard, established in 2006, has a very special place in the heart of our winemaker. Its vibrant Franciscan soils and cool coastal sunshine create an environment where vines flourish, producing wines of extraordinary depth and complexity, marked by their youthful vitality and distinctive identity.

Crafted from six elite clones, the Treehouse Vineyard Pinot Noir was fermented utilizing 7% whole clusters and spent up to 16 days on the skins, intensifying its natural structure. Aged for 17 months in 38% new French oak, the wine unfurls in waves of blackberry bramble, redwood grove spring fauna, cranberry, balanced by notes of violet with a delightful savory undertone. The result is an energetic and powerful Pinot Noir with a long, explosive finish.

RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY, California

THE RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY IS hallowed ground for lovers of great Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Here, the vines are submersed in clockwork fog and daytime temperature swings, which preserve the natural acidity essential to elegant, age-worthy wines. We work with a handful of the most beloved vineyards from this remarkable wine region considered by many to be the heartland of California Pinot Noir.

Within Russian River Valley, in a town tucked away from the main roads, you’ll find a community ranging from writer to artisan. The town of Graton is an area where local winemakers and growers take a respite and enjoy some of the many popular yet under-the-radar restaurants. During harvest, the little town is full of life and bustling.

With soaring aromas and pure, exquisite flavors, these are incredible wines from a not-to-be-missed vintage.
